Modern Postcard's web site has grown and evolved to meet
their customer's demands and expectations. The corporate web site's continual main
objective is to focus on the total user experience and how to make that experience build long-term customer loyalty and drive long-term
profits. To make this complicated process of preparing and ordering custom postcards more simplified, I've created a
structure that follows the process of shopping, preparing, creating and ordering postcards online.
The
10th Annual Webby Awards
recognized Modern Postcard as an Official Honoree in 2006.
In addition, an emphasis on search engine optimization was vital to capture new prospects. Subsequently, I've been able to
place 18 of 20 keywords on the first pages of Google and Yahoo and doubled its visitor count and increased overall online orders
within the past 4 years.
